Hi All,
I have 2 questions:
1- Is there any documentation explaining the tables that you see on Power BI when you querry Business Central? (Could not find any online explaining exactly what each table rerpresent).
2- Could you please let me know if the tables below i am curently using fit their purpose (if not any recommendations?)
Goal: I want to get sales amount by customers, items and invoice numbers and exclude cancelled invoices.
- Currently using Cust_LedgersEntries to retrieve the invoice number
- Currently using Debitorenkarte (Customer card in german) to retrieve the customer name
- Currently using Item_Card to retrieve the item name and code
- Currently using ValueEntries to retrieve the posting date and sales amount
- Currently using NativeInvoicingSalesInvoiceOverview to filter invoicing that have been cancelled

Hi Kevin_Conseil,
If you want to know the function of tables in Business Central, I think you need to post this probelm in Dynamic 365 forum for more details.
You could create custom data list based on your requirement, you could refer to Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI. How to setup Reporting Data, Content Packs and select Re... for details.
Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi
