My team uses quite a few custom fields in Jira Server and I'm trying to make the field names more usable. To do that, I'd like to re-name the ones that match this pattern.
Custom field (Example field name)
I'd like to rename them Example field name - so pretty much just, where the substring "Custom field (" exists I'd like to strip it from the name and also the last character in the field name.
What's the best way to do this?
