Auto-refresh when account is logged off ?

Hi,

I'd like to know if my dataset/report can be auto-refreshed if my account is logged off (company account) ? My personal "on-premises data gateway", my pbix and of course my PC remain open (on). My account is auto logged off after 7-8 minutes of inactivity. I need the gateway because the data is on an offline server.
The settings of the Scheduled Refresh is also done.

Hi @zzzzoooo ,

From my knowledge, there is no specific document explain that will the Scheduled Refresh still work when the account is disabled.

However, the document has described that after two months of inactivity, scheduled refresh on your dataset is paused. A dataset is considered inactive when no user has visited any dashboard or report built on the dataset. At that time, the dataset owner is sent an email indicating the scheduled refresh is paused, and the refresh schedule for the dataset is displayed as disabled. To resume scheduled refresh, simply revisit any dashboard or report built on the dataset.

Best  Regards,

Cherry
