Analysis Services Connector error: the system cannot locate the resource specified

Trying to install & configure the AS Connector in a secure environment.  I've been informed the required ports have been opened but I'm still not able to connect to authenticate and finish the configuration.

Can you connect to http://app.powerbi.com from the computer where you are trying to install the connector on?
