After Append, some rows not sowing "list may contain extra values"

I have an issue that I cannot solve.
I have a query, let's call it "Main table", that is appended from multiple other queryes (Append as new), and is working ok. After some applied steps, I appended some new queries, and here the problem starts.
The data from the new ones is is shown, but some rows from tha initial query (Main Table) are not showing. When I click on a column dropdown instead of the message "List may be incomplette; Load More" I am getting "list may contain extra values" with no option to Load more.
The problem is that the data is not showing in the report as well

Is there a problem in appending too many queries in one?
The final query (Main Table) is about 16k rows.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you tried to close & apply and check it out of Power Query ?

It's possible that the preview is not showing you all rows.

Also, try filtering to check your row values.

If you consider it as a solution, please mark as a solution and kudos.

Hi @camargos88 ,
I have tried to close and apply noumerous times, and filtering is not workink as well.
If I am filtering, it is just showing a blank query.
I checked if all queryes that are appended in the main table, and they are ok.

At the end of the day, I wil just take the data with a measure directly from tha source query and not append it at all to tha main table.

@Anonymous ,

What is your source ?

SAP

@Anonymous ,

You can try it by checking after every append.

Does it work if you submit a query with union ?

@Anonymous

Would you be able to upload a sample PBIX data set for the community to review and troubleshoot the issue?

Or maybe some screenshot about the query, steps taken in M language?
