Add in a new column with static data

Hello,

The data I am importing to Power BI does not have a required regional name in the data. I'd like to (if this is possible) add a column called Region and then insert APAC all the way down. The data I am importing is always going to come from APAC and therefore this regional information ("APAC") will not change. Is it possible to add this extra column is while "Transforming" the data in Power BI Query?

Thank you
