100% stacked bar chart with All category

Pls pls pls help me. There are two tables.

I am trying to create a 100% stacked bar graph with all category at the start. I have attached file. Which has two graphs

1- the graph at the top(TRIBE Data) it is showing two layers and scoll bar within the graph, Which I don't want.. I want to display All the tribes in one line

2- The second graph at the below(ALL Data) it should be part of the first graph rather a seperate graph

3- with percentage, I also want to display value

4- Total numbers for each bar at the top

- are you sure your users will understand when you duplicate the data?

- that's what you will have to do - load a copy of your data and replace the tribe data with "All"

- if you don't want a scrollbar (what you called "slider") you need to either make the visual larger or show fewer data points.
