Visualize This View - Save Button Grayed Out

I was able to save just fine a week ago or so within Dynamics 365, but now the button just shows as a grayed out button like so...

Any help would be appreciated as I am not seeing anything that has changed in my environment that would have caused this. I am in a system administrator role on Dynamics.
