"publishing to the web" different TABS of the same report

Is it possible to use the "Publish to the web" option to generate a link/html that only shows one of many available tabs?

I need people of different permission levels to access to the same data with reports that are custimized per permission level, and I wanted to make many tabs, one per permission level, and publish the same report with the same backend data, but tweak the publishing link so that each link only shows the tab/report that matches a specific permissions.

EXAMPLE:
With my data set I make three tabs, they are called
"Full Company Wide Report", "West Coast Regional Support", "Oregon State Level Report"
Each tab uses the same data, but leaves off certain sensative data that the other groups can't see. I would love to be able to publish these three tabs from the same dataset/report to minimize the amount of places I need to go to maintain these.

Does this make sense? Suggestions?
