Submit button not Working in Power BI

I have a form that i embedded in a power bi. The problem is that for 2 users the submit button does not work. But for everyone else it does. They all have access to power bi and the power app, they are using edge or chrome and it doesnt work. Any ideas?

that sounds like a strange issue.
Do they also all have a Pro license?

If the issue persists and you have a Power BI Pro license you could open a (free) support ticket. Go to the support page to file a support ticket.
