SharePoint List Integration Missing Columns

I love the simplicity of "Visualize the List" in the SharePoint list experience. However there seems to be some major flaws with this product.

I only have 13 columns showing from my SharePoint list in the Power BI data. Even the 'Created' column is missing, which is so important to any kind of reporting on the age of items. Is there a trick to fix this?

You also cannot change the currency symbol from a dollar sign - even though the SharePoint list currency column is set to Euros.

It has been a year since this feature was made available. I'm still waiting and hoping for improvement.
