Price / cost for PowerApps integration for a Pro license user

Hello,

I want to augment my report by adding a power app to enable users to insert data related to rows of a table of my dataset. I was just curious about the added costs of using a PowerApp inside PowerBI. 

Do end-users need a certain type of license? Do I need to give them individual access to the app or will giving them access to the workspace or report sufficient if they pay for te Pro license? RLS Row Level security will be remain unaffected also in the data prompted by the PowerApp visual calling data from my dataset?

for power apps you would need one of the several licence according to the use you need them for: 

1) Power Apps for office 365: comes with the cost of officce 365 any licence would have it the chepear one its 10$ mont per user but doesnt have the primiun features of powerapps

2) powerapps per app: 5 dollar per apps 

3) powerapps primiun: 20 dollare pero user give unlimete apps with primium features
