Power Bi Integration

Hello There,

I am a general question. I am building a project management apps using PowerApps. As of right now, the company does not have a license for Power Bi which I want to use to display data and show intelligent chart.

So, my question right now is, if my boss buy the license just for me and I intergrade it with the PowerApps will the employees be able to interact with the powerapps and the Power Bi data or everyone will needs to have a license.

Same goes with Powerapps. If I build an app and put in on the Sharepoint site, will everyone needs a license to interact with it?
