Post Power BI Refresh Failure Notification to Teams channel

I've seen some older posts on this, but can't find anything recent. Has anyone been able to make Power Automate talk directly to Power BI to post refresh failure notifications to Teams rather than sending an email? If not, any workarounds more elegant than setting up a contact in AD for the Teams channel email?

Hello - this is how I have done it within Power Automate.  This flow is triggered by 'when a dataflow refresh completes', if successful, the downstream dataset is refreshed, if unsuccessful, a failure alert is posted in a Teams message.

After the flow is triggered, I compose some values to use in the Teams message.  Then create the conditional outcome.

Here is a bigger snip of the message action.  Placing text inside ** appears as bold, and single * creates bullets in the message.

Here what the message looks like when received in Teams.
