Dataflows created in Power Apps not visible in Power BI

Dataflows created in Power Apps are not accessible in Power BI. I think the problem relates to the environment created in Power Apps but being new to the entire Power Platform experience need some guidance. What process would I use to see the environment in Power BI that was created with Power Apps?
