Changing year in Power BI Url based on Power app selection

Need your help.

I have a power app platform where simultaneously users can select year from which they want to see the report. For eg if they select 2023, then data from 2023 to 2033 can be viewed. If another user select 2022 then they can view data from 2022 to 2032. The issue is i have used lated modified selection year in power query. Because of which last selected year from user is showing to all user viewing report. A selected 2022 but B selected 2023 then all user using platform are seeing report from 2023.

Is there a way i can have user selected year in URL in power bi as variable so it changes based the selection of user.
