I have recently installed the Dynamics 365 Field Service Analytics Solution Template at my company. The installation process went fine, however, the template is completely empty. It didn't load and data from our Field Service environment.
I am working with the Power BI Desktop. I don't have a strong IT-background, so any pointers are much appreciated.

maybe similar to this problem (which has gone unanswererd)
I installed the FS Template but there is no data loaded into the PBI ‘cube’ , when I try to refresh it says I need a Gateway configured. I ran a query on the SQL table in Azure and there is data in there. When I tried this about a year ago it seemed to work fine. Not sure what I should look at (I am a PBI newbie).
