I am using Customer Analytics for Dynamics 365 as a Power BI template to create the dashboard for case analytics and other things. Everything works fine except few. Here they are,
1. The average handling time is not getting any values. It says 0.00 even though there is values in the data
2. I am also trying to take out Average case resolved by week number. How can i do that?
