DAX: count with two filters

When I type this formula with one filter in Power BI it gives right number:

agreed= CALCULATE(COUNT(DB[Status]),FILTER(DB,DB[Status]=28))

But, when I type same formula with two filters it shows (Blank):

agreed= CALCULATE(COUNT(DB[Status]),FILTER(DB,DB[Status]=28 && DB[Status2]=30))

Could you please help me in solving this problem. What is right DAX formula for calculating number of two conditions from same column (in this case 28 and 30)?

Thanks!
