I am trying to load reports on my ipad.
power bi app version 17.3
4th generation ipad, 20 gb storage available
the dashboards get displayed ,
the reports (for the same dashboard) dont get loaded and when i try to refresh, it says
something went wrong ,please try again later.
please let me know how to resolve
he is a member of all the reports. got a pro license. restarted,updated ios, updated power bi
please let me know

As a workaround you can try to upgrade to iOS 11 / 12 (If you can)
It will take ~5 days until all customers will get the fix.
This is a service issue, and you should get the same results while trying to load app.powerbi.com from the device browser

@yarivm, This is not possible, since this is ipad 4th generation. it cannot be updated to ios 11 or higher versions as mentioned on the Apple website.
again, one suggestion atleast the compatibility issues with ios 10 and power bi app should be mentioned in the power bi documentation that its work in progress since i spent two days just analysing on the why the reports are blank.
Again, they do not give any meaningful error display, in my case Power BI gave the processing icon, and said please try again later. instead of that, it should say something like compatibility issues.
I tried the web browser as well and it reacted the same way

On our support page, from day 1 of the issue we published below:
We are currently support iOS10, 11, 12. but we are now considering moving to support iOS 11 & 12, as iOS 10 is a very old OS from Apple. there no ETA for that yet and our support team will update the customers.
Per Apple guidelines we should support N & N+1 versions.
