Trying to sign in to Power BI on iphone mobile app. Upon password entry, it briefly flashes "welcome firstname lastname" and then an error that said "Sign in error. Couldn't connect to PowerBI. Please try again." I am able to sign in through the web on the same phone and access my PowerBI reports and dashboards. Any support would be appreciated.

Well, in the process of trying to do so, perhaps we found a possible solution...
Signed up for Power BI Pro today, and license was assigned to me by IT admin. When trying to sign in to support ticket submittal page, get this:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '4cfdc3df-6fbd-44aa-bc6c-bc861a88e008' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account
Could this point to the issue?
AFAIK, the support ticket is free for Pro license users, pro trial is not supported.
BTW, I'd like to suggest you check if you are using the corresponding account that enabled power bi subscriptions.
