problem with bi web published report on mobile

when trying to open iframe of bi report on mobile phone
we only see the logo of bi
and no report
help please
on desktop computer it shows ok

Can you share some more details? What is the embed code?  What phone are you using it on? Please describe how you're opening the embed code on the phone (in the browser, through a specific app like Twitter, etc.) Thanks!
