Mobile App on the Ipads are not functioning. Mutiple IPad users cannot access the reports from the dashboard tiles. Upgraded PowerBI app and upgraded Ipad system - now the dashboard just spins and nothing opens. All dashboards functioning on the Iphone Mobiel App.
The particular IPad I am trying to work on is running IOS version 9.3.5 and the Power BI version 10.8

These iPads are running iOS version < 10?
We saw several issues with iPad running version 9.x.
We reported it to apple, and the guidelines was to upgrade these devices to iOS 10.
Based on our report this should solve the issue.
Please keep us updated.
One of the IPad's is operating on version 10.2 and still having issues today. Please advise of another solution. We will ensure that other devices are upgraded to something over 10. Thank you,
