Hi,

I am creating a executive dashboard covering broad reporting. So the dashboard is divided into sections eg. Top Stories, Milestones, Registration... and every section has an image file as an Icon.

Registration icon.PNG

Top Stories.PNG

So what is happening on the mobile app is that it lets you click on these icons and it opens them up just as a bigger image. I dont have that to happen. Is there a way to disable the ability to click on them, and not show these image files as an object they can select?

Hey @Anonymous,

You cannot disable the tapping on a dashboard tile (which is the object that hosts your image), but you can change the default behavior to open a report (or any URL) rather than opening the tile in focus mode.

To do that, in Power BI Service/Web:

1) open your dashboard

2) click on the "..." on the top right corner

3) choose "edit details"

in the details page:

1) check "Set custom link" checkbox

2) choose link type

3) provide the URL.
