iPhone app won’t open on iPhone 11 pro

The power bi app doesn’t open on my iPhone 11 pro. iOS 13.1, latest update from the AppStore.
When I open the app It hangs with the yellow loading screen forever. Usually I’m able to close the app by swiping up - one time I even had to force restart the iPhone.
Is this a known issue yet? Am I the only one experiencing this?
The app still works like a Charme on my previous iPhone 8 with the same iOS installed.

We are currently investigating this issue. 

Is your phone has also Company Portal app? Is it managed by Intune or other MDM tool?

Do you know if have the recent Power BI App (version 19.1)?

As an immidiate solution, can you please remove the app and re-install it from the store?

Hi maya,
The phone that had the problem is my private phone. The iPhone 8 is Intune/mdm managed and didn’t have the problem.
