I wonder why I cannot sign in my corporate account in my iOS device. But when I tried to sign in using an Android, it went through. Attached is the screen where I have difficulty signing in. It has no error prompt. Whenever I enter my password, it just refreshes on the same screen.
I cannot attach a file here to show you the screenshot. But what I can view is the
Smart Office365 Federation Services and below it is the sign in tabs.
Have you enable phone authentication for your account? If yes, you may receive a notification in your device to allow the login.
Can you sign in to your account with Safari instead of Power BI App? Can you try with different networks, office and home?
