how to keep max columm width after refreshing the visuals

how everyone, i create a matrix and i set the auto-size columm width to "off",and its works fine, but in the mobile app when i  press refresh visuals the columm width changing to a larger width if the values gets larger, and this confused my user, if anyyone know a idea how to fix it!!!

I couldn't reproduce this. Could you provide more information about below questions?

 

1. Does this happen in a mobile layout view or landscape layout view in the mobile app?

2. Which mobile device were you using when you saw this problem?

3. Where did you set the auto-size columm width to "off"? In Power BI Desktop or in the service? Did you publish the updated report to Power BI service, or save the report after changing in the service?

 

Additionally, if a value is too long, it will be truncated when you turn off auto-size column width. You can turn on Word wrap to show the complete value if needed.
