Hello all,
Recently we find that some dashboard had charts display problem, like the following pictures. When re-install the app the problem disappeared. But it happened again in the following day. Several people reported the same phenomenon lately. Does any one have encountered the same problem and how to solve that? Thanks!
We are also having the same issue on mobile, the charts go blank on the report for many of our colleagues. This is happening even though we don’t have any RLS on our reports - only happens on mobile.

Can you please provide more contents about your scenario? (For e.g. visuala type, datesource, connection mode...)
BTW, does this issue appears on each reports or specific report? If you open this report on other device, can you reproduce this issue?

The above visual used line chart and area chart.
The data source is oracle database(but i think maybe that part is ok, since all the tables in the same dashboard works fine ).
The connection mode is gate way connection.
Right now we only get the display problem reported by several colleagues who constantly use ipad to check data. Besides this dashboard, it also happened to different dataset and different dashboard.
While the problem happened on mobile device, the web version was totally fine.
We tried login the powerBI app by another account, it also had the display problem. We tried re-install the app, it went back to normal, but in the following day, the problem happened again.

Does these tiles contain any RLS settings? If this is a case, it seems like the known issue which power bi team are working on fix.(it also appears on power bi service)
