android app can't load report (powerbi server report)

 Local powerbi report in the ios side of the power bi app can be loaded out of the report, but can not be loaded in the powerbi andorid out of the report

Can you provide more detail contents about this report? It will be help for troubleshooting.

 

For instance:
Report source, connect mode, visual type, records amount, screenshots...

Thank you for your reply,  I load the repports  use the  version(111628),it can't load reports,but   the day befor yestday,   I downloaded the lastest version(111655) , it can load my reports ,but there are  some bugs in it, the flowing is the  detail informtion.

 

The initial(correct) state: the data can be filtered by year and by month.

This is the interface to select the month used to filter data. If “reset” button(the left bottom one) is pressed, then the months will disappear.

As you can see now, the months has disappeared.

And after you returned to the previous(main) page, there are two year-filters, and the month-filter has also disappeared.

Can you  give  some  sugestions to me  to solve the  problem?

Hi @lsysunbow,

 

I build a sample to test on same version, but I can't reproduce your issue. I also try to use reset feature but it not affect the date slicer.
Have you test on other android device with the same report? If you use original data to rebuild a report, does this issue appears again? Please share the result of these test.
In addition, you can also report this issue to power bi mobile team for furthur support.
