Windows 10 Presentation Mode Freezing

Hi,

I've just installed Microsoft Power BI app on some display pcs.

I had it on Presentation mode, single page refresh every 1 minute.

It was working great for a while and then the past week it started getting laggy, reports data not showing and eventually will freeze up the entire PC. 

A little stuck here.... The alternative is to switch to browser again.. But it doesn't have auto page refresh capabilities + full screen..

Thanks for reporting.

Can you please send Power BI Mobile Support <mpbisup@microsoft.com> the following details for furthur investigation:

1) Power BI App version

2) Windows version running the app

3) is the report Auto refresh report, or standard Power BI Report?
