Visuals not working in Samsung phones

Hello,

Visuals in mobile layout are shown as blanks in my Galaxy S20FE phone, I have tried with other 3 Galaxy s10 phones and got the same issue.

I've tried with Moto e3 phone and the mobile visuals showed OK.

It seems that this affects only to Samsung phones.

This only happens when the report has at least one mobile layout page, other reports show OK in landscape view.

It might be a compatibility issue. Which versions are the Power BI Mobile App and Operating Systems on your Galaxy phones?

It probably was, but it is working now. No change was made to the report.
