Strange Filters Issue

Please help - I set up a report with a menu page and multiple filters. This works fine in both the desktop and published to the app it looks fine until users start to add personal bookmarks.

I have received reports of this issue - with some personal bookmarks the filters stop working and change from drop down to a list which they are unable to select from. If they reset all filters in the app this does fix it but then their bookmark no longer works. Here is a screenshot of how it looks:

Hi @Janey ,

Does the issue occur only when you are using Mobile app? Or you referred to the Apps in Power BI?

If in the Mobile App in which device, you experience the issue? Android or iOS devices?

If it related to Power BI Apps you should post your question here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/bd-p/power-bi-web-app

Thanks,

Michal

Hi @Janey ,

It works fine on my device. I use buttons to trigger bookmarks and add them in the mobile layout.
