Spaces added in measure formula not working on mobile devices

I've written this measure for use in a card visual, with some spaces added (see below) so that it would be aligned off-center.

card sales measure =

VAR total =

FORMAT([sales],"#,0")

RETURN

SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(total,".","@"),",","."),"@",",") & "           "

When viewed on desktop the number moves a little to the left just as it should, but when viewed on tablets and mobile phones, it is in the center of the card (no spaces). Why is this happening and what can I do?

What type of device and mobile app version are you test? Please share more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario.

BTW, I'm not so sure if power bi mobile app existed 'trim space' features to remove whitespace characters. If you replace these spaces with specific characters, did this issue appears again?
