Slicer selection lost on manual refresh

We've got a report on power bi mobile with various slicers. After selecting one (or more) items the slicers show the expected selections.

But after pulling down to refresh the data, the selections are set back to default. Is there a way to keep the slicers selected?

Thanks for you help!

Hey @Anonymous,

Pull to refresh brings the report to its initial state, therefore it looses the current slicer selection.

This is a by-design behavior, since the refresh fetches the most recent report data from the server.

Thanks, Maya

Hey @mshenhav

Thanks for your response. I thought pull to refresh is for updating the data and I didn't know that it's for setting the initial state.

So the report / data will refesh without pulling independently of the source type? (off course it's still depending on scheduled refresh and scheduled cache refesh).

Thanks

Dominique

Hi @Anonymous,

I test on android device with power bi mobile app but can't reproduce your issue. (selection item still keeps after I scroll down)

Can you please share more detail information about your scenario? (e.g. device type, power bi mobile app version, slicer type, source type...)
