Sharing annotations via email shows blank email

Using Power BI mobile app 19.8 on iOS 13.3 with iPad 6th generation

Issue: when using annotation, email appears blank.

steps to recreate

1. open Power BI mobile

2. access a Power BI report

3 click on the annotation button

4. draw some lines or other annotations

5. click share button

6. click email button

7. email page appears, but is blank.  No annotation, no link to Power BI report

Expected result
email should appear with link to Power BI report and annotation should appear in the body of the email as an image.

Hey @Vorac ,

Make sure you are using the latest email app and have all iOS updates.

This is an issue we saw when iOS13 released, but was resolved.

Thank you for your response and suggestion.  I deleted the apple email app and reinstalled it.  I am using MS Exchange. The problem still exists.  

It may worth noting that this functionality was working about 1 month ago, but now I have the problem outline in the original message.

I reinstalled the iOS today and everything is working fine.  Not the most elegent solution, but it worked.
