Report failing to fully load for shared users

All:

I have created a report and shared with users within our company. The report is populating in their "shared" reports section, but when it is selected to view will not fully populate. The "loading" bar fairly rapidly reaches 90% and freezes.

This report loads and functions perfectly for me as the creator. What issues could lead to the report becoming available but failling to fully generate?

Hey @bhefner,

 

Are your users getting this experience specifically in Power BI Mobile app (iPad, Phone, etc), or this also the experience when using the browser?

If it happens in the web as well, please report this in Power BI Service forum: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/bd-p/power-bi-web-app.
