Powerbi app closes itself

Hello 

I have a screen down in the production that displays my reports using the windows app. 
I've been able to configure everything fine, and it refreshes every two hours using the gateway. 

The problem that I have now, is that the app closes regularly itself. So every morning I have to go to the computer and start the app again. 

Any idea what could be causing that ? Or how to find out ? Or a workaround ? I've been exploring to make a bat file that would open it as soon as it closes, but as it is an app and not an exe, I didn't find a way to do that.

It looks like there is a problem with the app that closes itself.

Can you please contact us, and provide us a description of the issue using this mail mpbisup@microsoft.com? Please also include the app version you are using.

Can you please be more specific? The issue above was resolved long time ago. So I'm not sure it is the same.
