I have a report shared with about 20 people. All of them access from an iPAD with the iOS application.
In some of them, it's not possible to view the report. Suddenly he doesn't show it and says there's an error in the data loading.
I tried uninstalling the application on your devices and reinstalling it and it still doesn't work.
I understand that the problem is not with the report, as many of us can see it.

There is an active issue with viewing reports on devices that run on iOS10: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
We are validating a fix and expect it to be available in production next week.
This is a server side fix, so no need to upgrade the app.
As an immidiate workaround, please upgrade to iOS11 (if possible).
