PowerBI Mobile app user upload photo

I have a dashboard which i want to display certain stats (color density historgram) for user uploaded photos, is it possible? or I have better luck building a website myself.

I think this should more related to datasource design, power bi is used to create visualizations for datasource analytics.
So you need to have a datasource to records all contents properties users uploaded, then you can try to use power bi to get data from that source and create correspond visuals to analytics.
