Please let me know on below .

I use power bi desktop and publish my reports to powerbi web. can the co worker view the reports published by me on mobile & Iphone, Ipad ? if so is the mobile app chargeable?

Power bi mobile app is free to use, you can sign in your account to view correspond power bi service or report server contests.
Users who sign in power bi mobile app with his work account can view power bi contents that from his personal workspace or contents shared with him with corresponding permissions.
