Power BI on IOS

Hi Everybody,

I'm new on the forum.  Our compagny just started working with power bi.  When they use the website on their PC everything is working fine. When they try to refresh the app on their IOS devices while connected to the corporate network, it fails without an error message. When they try at home, it works fine.  At work, most of the port are block. I would like to know if someone has the IP adresses and the ports that needs to be open for the power bi app to work on the corporate network.

Can you surf from the mobile browser to app.powerbi.com and login @ wrok?
