we upgrades our Lumia 925 to windows 10.
After installing power bi mobile app we are able to connect to the Powerbi Dashbaords.
But every kind of dashboard shows only empty screens.
this is for dashboards on myplace and group dashboards and Sample dashboards
Has anyone made the same experience and a solution?
Solved! Go to Solution.
We are able to repro the issue here and actively investigating it.
It seems to be related to your language settings.
As a temporary workaround, if you want, you can add “English (United States)” to the languages on the phone, make it first on the list and restart the phone. The app should then work properly (may require uninstall & reinstall of the app, though).
It surely is just a workaround, we are working on solving the issue properly and will update you shortly when the fix will be available.
Thanks,
Yaron
@fleischh, Can you please upgrade the Power BI app to the latest app version in store and try again?
@fleischh, I am sorry for your experience with the Power BI Windows app.
Can you please send us mail to PBIWinAppSup@microsoft.com describing the problem you have (just the one you wrote below) with the device type, Windows 10 OS version and Power BI app version? please also attach a screenshot of one of your dashboards.
Befor doing so, I encourage you to update the app to its latest version (11371) and to try again to consume the dashboards.
Please also send us details on device info (from settings => Time & language): Country/Region and Regional format, time zone, language.
I changed the phone to new Lumia 950 XL but i have the same problem.
