Hello,
always, when data gets renewed via gateway, its not obvious from the app (i have it on an ipad).
There should be
- an automatic push of data so it is also visible immediately on the ipad
- an manual update function to pull newest data
Actual i have to close the app and to re-open to manually pull the data
Additionally the view shall be responsive, that i cant look at it alos on a small 5 inch phone. or in MS Powerbis two or more customizable layouts.

From my experience though there are things more to do with the online service itself that impact the mobile app. One very basic thing seems to be a simple and effective way to stamp the last refresh date on the report and getting it to take the correct time zone and cater for daylight savings and works with an enterprise gateway.
I still havent found a satisfactory solution to this and when you use your mobile in different timezones it is more noticable.
