Every morning post refresh,
while checking on the power bi reports through on Power BI mobile app (App downloaded through play store),
some users cannot see the updated data (sees different values) and at the same time when we check the reports from multiple devices from our end, we see the correct numbers.
We are facing this issue quite frequently.
Can anyone help me on this if you have faced same kind of issue?
Does the mobile app refreshes its screen slower than the brower reports do?

Usually when a user opens a report, if the report data is cached, the app uses the cache data and in parallel query the service for new data. So after a sec or two (most of the times it is even faster) the view should updated with fresh data.
Can it be that the user experiencing this issue has bad network, which causing the query to take longer than 2 secs?
Can you please check if using the "refresh" button (found in the upper-right corner under the "..." menu) helps with getting the fresh data?

It works sometimes but sometimes it doesn't so I would say, it is a random behaviour.

What is your refresh method? How do users get to the reports?
