Placing one visual over other in mobile layout

Hi Team, 

I am trying to convert my desktop report to mobile layout. In my desktop report I have a visual say tachometer to diaplay value. I have used a button over the tachometer and have mapped my bookmark page to the button using 'action'. So that on clicking the tachometer it will lead to the bookmarked page. Is there a way to replicate same in mobile layout? When I tried the same, I couldnt place one visual over other in mobile layout.

Layering visuals in phone layout is not natively supported.

Please have a look at the workaround suggested here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Mobile-Apps/mobile-layout-overlap-visualization/td-p/628734. Can this work for you as well?
