Moving model from PQ to BI - worth it?

I have a model that automatically refreshes data from a website and then organises it into a nice format.

This was done on Power Query, but I wanted to create data alerts sent to my mobile every 5 minutes. 

Is this something that BI can do?

Nope, it is impossible.

Current the minimum data alert interval is once an hour, you can refer to below document to know more about data alert:
