Mobile reports are always cached in Power BI

Seems like my mobile reports are always running the cached data when the phone is not connected to the network. I have cheched a dataset caching and it says always run this dataset with the most recent data. What I want is see blank data rather than the old one.

Hi Mark,

This is actually by design. Report you have visited is stored in the cache according to Power BI Offline current capabilities.
