Mobile Reports not showing..

We have our reports deployed on Power BI Report Server. and we configured it to view on mobile reports.

We are having issues with IOS Mobile App where user opened that report it works fine but after he moved to other IOS apps and moved back to Power BI Mobile app after 3-4 hours it doesn't open and it require to refresh report/or open app once again. 

Its like Power BI Mobile getting idled and connection to Datasources get disconnected. I am not sure what to do

Does any once faces same issue?

How does overcome this problem

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please explain more about these? I'm not so clear  what type of operations him done.
