I am trying to view reports on the mobile app, but when I log in it says I am a free user. It appears the mobile app is logging me into the commerical tennant (app.powerbi.com), instead of our Goverment tennant (app.powerbigov.us) where I am a Pro User. How do I go about logging into the correct tennant on the mobile app?

Is your account able to sign in to the US Gov cloud through web browser currently? If yes, you may clear the cache or data of the Power BI Mobile App and try logging in again?

You need to connect your account manager to make sure that your organization is connected to the US Gov cloud.
