Mobile App doesn't work in iPad

A lot of our iPad users have problems using the app. They cannot see the data of our reports:

Therefore this is not a problem with the mobile app.

This might be an issue with the report dataset, or a wider issue. Have you tried to view other reports?

Does the problem presist in other reports?
